My experience with baby blues and a complex mix of emotional and physical changes influenced me in creating The Mommy Circle in 2015. Growing up in the Caribbean, I observed how mothers were fully supported by their circle after delivery. Giving birth to my sons in the U. S proved the importance of being fully supported. Our circle is bonded by the understanding of genuine, non-judgemental, and compassionate support for you and your family.
